Les Leventhal Yoga classes give you the opportunity to connect or reconnect and reclaim your body and spirit through yoga. Classes are accessible for all levels.

Classes are Donation Based

• To sign-up, select class below, a new window will open requesting your details.
• After registering, you will receive a unique ZOOM link to enter the meeting.
• Be sure to enroll at least 15 minutes before the start of class.
• Once class starts, virtual zoom space will be closed.
• If you register in advance, check your email for the ZOOM link & instructions to log-in on your mobile device or laptop.
